The Senior Director, KF Operations Process will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the operational systems that enable an organization to work more effectively at scale. This strategic leadership role focuses on creating connected processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and building sustainable ways of working across teams. You will serve as the senior owner of critical operational frameworks, ensuring alignment between organizational priorities, systems, and execution. The role requires a strong combination of process expertise, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive meaningful organizational transformation. You will partner with executive leaders and teams across the organization to increase efficiency, accountability, and impact. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise-wide operations while contributing to a mission-driven environment focused on improving outcomes for students and communities. \n Accountabilities: The Senior Director, KF Operations Process will drive operational excellence by establishing scalable processes, improving organizational systems, and leading strategic initiatives that strengthen collaboration and effectiveness. This role will own the vision for operational processes and ensure they evolve to meet changing organizational needs. Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for operational process development, improvement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Serve as the primary owner for core operational processes, ensuring clear accountability, governance, and long-term sustainability. Align operational systems and processes with strategic priorities to enable a high-performing organization. Design, oversee, and continuously improve cross-functional processes, including knowledge management, feedback systems, contact management, and operational tools. Evaluate process performance using data, feedback, and organizational insights to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure strong integration between interconnected organizational processes, including planning, budgeting, talent initiatives, and operational execution. Partner with senior leaders and functional teams to establish shared expectations, responsibilities, and adoption strategies. Collaborate with technology and operational teams to evaluate, implement, and govern systems that support business processes. Lead change management strategies for new and evolving processes, including communication plans, training approaches, and adoption mechanisms. Build repeatable systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across teams. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in process design, organizational transformation, and cross-functional execution. You should be skilled at building scalable systems, influencing stakeholders, and using data to improve organizational performance. 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years leading organizational process design and improvement initiatives. Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects within matrixed organizations. Strong experience designing, implementing, and sustaining operational systems at scale. Ability to create clear processes, workflows, and knowledge management systems that improve organizational effectiveness. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on time. Experience using data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and drive improvements. Excellent change management skills, including communicating transformation strategies and influencing adoption. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives. Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong self-management skills with a track record of setting ambitious goals and achieving measurable outcomes. Passion for mission-driven work and commitment to creating positive impact through operational excellence. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $156,000 - $188,500.
