They work collaboratively with Regis Wealth Advisors and Wealth Solution Specialists on the following: a) ensuring world-class customer service is delivered in a highly efficient manner with attention to detail and strong positive interpersonal skills, b) increasing overall productivity of services delivered to the clients, c) identifying additional growth opportunities within the book of business, d) Identification & Implementation of Advanced Planning techniques for clients as needed.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management Responsible for delivering world class client service experience to UHNW clientsClient's key point of contact on the Wealth Management Team for day-to-day needsCultivate a thorough understanding of the expectations and preferences of client to anticipate needsResponsible for preparing Regis WMT team for client meetings with various reports and analysisExtensive experience, swift identification of planning opportunities and operational expertise for effective resolution of client needs.Ability and willingness to respond quickly to changing customer expectations, ensuring client accessibility is crucial, even outside of regular business hoursOperations Management Optimizes productivity by coordinating and prioritizing client deliverablesManages escalation process for client needs or any operational issues or challenges with CustodiansResponsible for the implementation of complex account-related topics such as 10b5-1 plans, pledged asset lines, alternative investments, account overlays, separate account managers, foundations and endowmentsCoordinates Wealth Management Team projects such as RMDs, tax loss harvesting, cash audits, and tracking of new assets as neededEnsure compliance with industry-standard licensing and the capability to execute trades and money movement directly with custodians for time-sensitive client requestsClient Retention & Growth Directly impact growth and client retention of the Wealth Management Team by driving high client satisfaction and adoption of additional services offeredBuild strategies to win new assets from existing clients by monitoring life events and outside assetsDevelop and monitor strategy of the Wealth Management Team for increased community sourced referralsMonitor progress toward team goalsRequirements:Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related)Experience: - Minimum 5 years of industry related experienceClient-facing experience required and ability to interact with individuals with a net worth of 25M+ in a professional and confidential mannerCertifications: - Series 65 optionalNotary designation a plusJob Skills: - Self-motivated, well-organized individual with demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment to follow through on details to completionExceptional oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and organization skillsAbility to multi-task and manage several projects at onceStrong proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office ProductsClient Relationship Management (CRM) experienceFlexible, Reliable, Trustworthy, and Confidential with all mattersAbility to successfully escalate client request in a timely mannerWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with some flexibility. Potential need for client support outside of normal business hours.Working Conditions: Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 10 lbs.Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.
