Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders and relationship issues, including the intensity and frequency of symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Provide divorce and relationship counseling tailored to the needs of couples and families, guiding them through their challenges and transitions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to improve their overall well-being.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in symptoms or circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in family therapy and mood disorders, incorporating new strategies to enhance client treatment.

Our clinic primarily serves individuals and families experiencing a variety of emotional and relational difficulties, particularly those dealing with mood disorders, relationship stress, and the aftermath of divorce. Qualifications\n

• A current and active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
