Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' unique needs and create individual therapy plans that empower them to reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based methods to advance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work in synergy with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide complete, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge with patients and their loved ones about therapy techniques to enhance progress beyond therapy settings.
• Monitor and Record Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure patients remain on their journey to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouraged and supported continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
