Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empire City Family & Marriage Counseling PC, you will:

• Provide compassionate individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Manage scheduling efficiently, setting and updating client appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of therapy sessions.
\n
• Utilize our billing service for claims processing, engaging with client and insurance accounts receivable, conducting benefit checks, and establishing payment plans as needed.

• Demonstrate the ability to assess and work with a range of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population encompassing individuals and couples across all age ranges. Our clients come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, making cultural competency essential in your practice. You will help address a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Strong professionalism and the ability to maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills that facilitate effective case management.

• Capacity for self-motivation and the ability to work independently while remaining a contributing member of a teamwork-oriented culture.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empire City Family & Marriage Counseling PC offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance bonuses. Our therapists are structured as W2 employees, providing them with access to company benefits, including:
