Business Development Executive

Trillium Construction is looking for our next Project Manager / Business Development Executive in Ohio. Are you money motivated? Do you like flexibility in the workplace? Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for account stakeholders and new business
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Cold calling and B2B in-person sales with Construction companies
- Prospecting and lead generation
Qualifications
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- The ability to have a consultative approach
- Creativity
