Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Customer Support Technician one our clients in Boca Raton, FL. Please find the job description below and send us your updated resume if interested:

Must-Have Skills:

Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, IT certification/technical training, or equivalent professional IT experience.
Previous enterprise IT support experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
Experience supporting virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or GoTo, along with knowledge of audiovisual equipment and Teams Rooms devices.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms certified devices.
Familiarity with enterprise audiovisual and collaboration technologies.
