Business Development Manager

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager who want's to build and operate the best business practices in the robotics industry. This role will involve working directly with the executive team focusing on business activities including HR, legal, operations, and compliance. In under six months, Feather became one of the fastest humanoid companies to revenue and production (vs 31 months for Figure). Responsibilities Resolve and manage HR conflicts. Build company HR docs including handbooks and standard procedures. Manage legal compliance working with our legal team. Manage accounting practices and reports with our accounting team. Ensure and manage business compliance. Payroll management. Workplace compliance and enforcement. Project management/Executive assistant work.
