Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' needs and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, actively setting measurable goals to assess progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of emotional and psychological issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in collaborative case management with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients, which may include referrals to other services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing emotional and psychological challenges. This includes individuals dealing with complex issues stemming from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license/certification in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a clinical setting, working directly with individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is beneficial, providing you with familiarity in tracking client progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
