Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique requirements, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues—including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Provide crisis intervention by utilizing established protocols and best practices to assist clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies.

• Participate actively in case consultations with other team members to ensure that our clients receive holistic and well-coordinated care that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Lead community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and providing educational resources to underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds, ranging from adolescents to older adults, encompassing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
