Hybrid Senior AccountantOur client in Edison, NJ is looking for a Hybrid Senior Accountant to join their team for a direct hire role!Schedule: Hybrid working schedule – 3-days in office and 2-days wfhPay: $88k - $98k DOEResponsibilities:Manage key general ledger areas and drive accurate, GAAP-compliant monthly and year-end closes.Perform complex financial analysis while overseeing fixed assets, cost accounting, reconciliations, and customer programs.Guide junior staff, review team deliverables, and sharpen processes to deliver clear reporting for leadership.Perform Financial Close & Reporting, Account Reconciliations & AnalysisFixed Assets & Capital AccountingCost Accounting & Inventory SupportSupervise Accounting Work, A/P and A/R, Banking & Cash ControlsRequirements:5–7+ years in accounting with a Manufacturing of Consumer products background.Bachelor's degree in Accounting.ERP experience (Microsoft D365 strongly preferred) and Power BI.Strong GAAP knowledge, process improvement, complex reconciliations, and deadline management.Must be comfortable with up to 10% travel.Benefits: Paid Holidays, Health, Dental and Vision Plans, Life Insurance, STD, LTD and AD&D, 401K Match, Profit SharingCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $88,000.00 - $98,000.00
