Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of all ages, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that are focused on client-centered care, utilizing evidence-based interventions and measurable outcomes to track progress.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing immediate mental health crises, ensuring their safety and establishing a pathway to stability.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, recommended coping strategies, and pertinent community resources available for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records for each client, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome metrics, while adhering to all ethical and legal regulations.

• Comply with all ethical guidelines and state regulations governing the practice of counseling, including client confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence by providing services that respect the diverse backgrounds and identities of clients.

• Engage in teamwork by collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

Your work at Helpline Counseling Center will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and adjustments to life changes. You will be instrumental in helping clients of all ages—from children to seniors—navigate their individual mental health challenges. The ability to connect empathetically with clients will be crucial in building trust and rapport as they work toward healthier emotional states.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly within an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated clinical competence in delivering outpatient therapy services with effective therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
