Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and needs of clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals in partnership with clients.
\n
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety and support when clients are in distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups, offering clients valuable tools and insights into managing their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing challenges associated with substance use, trauma, and other mental health issues. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients build resilience and navigate their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally within a detox or rehabilitation context.

• A solid understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities.
