Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, subsequently developing and tailoring individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing individual, family, and group therapy as necessary.
\n
• Document session details, including treatment plans and case notes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and protocols.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic approaches to help clients meet and surpass their personal goals in therapy.
\n
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, school personnel, and families, ensuring a holistic approach to client well-being.

• Deliver exemplary customer service, engaging with clients in a manner that promotes a trusting and therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a broad array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will be addressing various mental health challenges, promoting emotional resilience, and supporting clients in navigating their unique circumstances. Emphasis will be placed on understanding and honoring the diverse backgrounds and needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
\n
• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
\n
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities relevant to family and relational dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
\n
• Proven capacity for establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Successful candidates will have the ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in clinical practice with diverse populations is preferred, especially with children and families.

• Familiarity with mental health documentation practices and completion of diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Experience in working with and understanding community resources.

• Comfort and proficiency in billing processes, collecting fees at the time of service, and navigating insurance considerations would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
