Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients, facilitating therapy sessions for individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both individual and group modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to client needs, ensuring coordinated care and effective communication among clients, families, and external service providers.

• Crisis intervention: Leverage expertise to assist clients in moments of acute distress, implementing appropriate strategies to stabilize situations.

• Engage in proactive case management, overseeing client progress through regular monitoring, ensuring adherence to treatment plans, and evaluating interventions.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to advance organizational goals, participating actively in team meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, assessments, and outcomes to fulfill regulatory and organizational standards.

• Participate in on-call coverage, aiding clients during urgent situation outside of standard program hours when necessary.

• Identify and report safety concerns, contributing to a culture of safety within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. These clients may include low-income individuals, those experiencing homelessness, survivors of trauma, and marginalized groups. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
