Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring ethical, compassionate, and professional interactions with all clients.

• Employing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment strategies to effectively address and resolve client concerns.

• Designing personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and track each client's progress towards therapeutic milestones.

• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress regularly to adapt treatment plans as necessary and assist clients in developing healthy coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. By providing tailored therapy services, you will help individuals enhance their coping mechanisms and achieve personal growth. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Must possess the ability to practice independently without supervision and adhere to state and federal ethical guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with video teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques.
