Lifecycle Growth Platform Lead

OpenAI, Inc. seeks a Lifecycle Lead to build the company-wide owned-channel capability for SMB lifecycle management across onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization. This senior leader will partner with Engineering to build the orchestration and deployment platform, and establish the operating model for evergreen programs at scale.
