Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license for the state of Kansas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in school settings highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt approaches for diverse student needs
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with students, educators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Maintain comprehensive session notes and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
• Stay current on best practices in SLP and educational trends
