Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to effectively identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and unique needs.

• Deliver customized evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Act as an advocate for clients, facilitating access to essential community resources and support services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, focusing on therapeutic service provision.

Compensation and Benefits\n
