Your role as an LCSW will primarily take place in a remote facility designed for detox and mental health treatment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand individual mental health needs, formulating treatment plans using best practices and solution-oriented strategies.

• Provide psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards, while upholding confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources that can improve their lives.

• Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health, incorporating new knowledge into your clinical practice for continuous improvement and skill development.

The patients you will serve are individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, many of whom are in need of reliable support during their detoxification process. Our client population is characterized by a commitment to recovery and a desire for a supportive therapeutic environment that addresses both mental health and substance use concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health or substance use setting.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance.
