Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, leveraging diagnostic tools and standardized assessment instruments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide therapeutic services in various formats, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, to address a wide array of mental health concerns.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care throughout their treatment journey.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely and appropriate support in emergency situations.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds facing complex mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship difficulties. Cultural competence and sensitivity will be crucial as you engage with clients of different backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Cultural competence to effectively work with and support clients from diverse populations.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate documentation in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting or with a diverse client population is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated knowledge or certification in specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care or addiction counseling.
