Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for speech-language pathology
• Previous experience in a school-based role preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward goals
• Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and support compliance with school protocols
• Provide consultation and resources to school personnel
