Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate client needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and structured interviews to identify appropriate treatment paths.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and address holistic client needs.

• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering involvement in the recovery process to better equip them to assist their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A strong understanding of clinical practices and evidence-based approaches for various mental health conditions.

• Outstanding therapeutic and counseling skills, demonstrating the capability to build a strong therapeutic alliance and motivate clients during their recovery journey.
