Enterprise Sales Specialist

Client and the Project we are hiring for: - rSTAR Expected Joining Timeline: Immediate. Job Description- The Business Development Specialist will drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding strategic accounts across industrial sectors characterized by complex assets, distributed operations, and regulated environments. This is a senior, quota-carrying role requiring deep industry knowledge, executive relationships, and a proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar IT consulting and digital transformation engagements. You will serve as both a revenue leader and industry strategist, shaping how rSTAR engages and grows within this vertical. Years of experience :- 12+ Years Roles and Responsibilities :- Own and deliver against an annual revenue target within Asset-Intensive industries. Drive net-new logo acquisition while expanding existing strategic accounts. Develop and execute vertical go-to-market strategies aligned with rSTAR’s capabilities. Build a strong, qualified pipeline through strategic prospecting, executive networking, industry events, and partner collaboration. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles including RFPs, solution positioning, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation. Industry Expertise & Strategic Advisory Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior executives across Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Industrial organizations. Position rSTAR as a strategic transformation partner across digital modernization initiatives such as: Cloud and infrastructure transformation Asset management and operational systems integration Data and analytics enablement Customer and field service transformation Stay informed on regulatory dynamics, operational challenges, capital project environments, and digital transformation priorities within asset-heavy sectors. Cross-Functional & Ecosystem Collaboration Partner with delivery leaders and solution architects to shape industry-specific offerings. Collaborate with marketing to influence vertical campaigns, thought leadership, and event strategy. Drive co-sell motions with strategic alliances including Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, and Google. Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery to maintain client trust and long‑term growth. Must Have :- 12+ years of enterprise IT services sales or client partner experience in Asset-Intensive industries. Demonstrated success closing multimillion-dollar digital transformation or consulting engagements. Established executive relationships within Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas. Experience selling digital transformation, managed services, enterprise platforms, cloud, or modernization solutions. Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying environments. Good To Have:- Background in IT consulting, system integration, or digital transformation firms. Experience working in regulated or operationally complex industries. Familiarity with asset lifecycle management systems, ERP transformation, field service platforms, or industry-specific enterprise applications.
