Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment frameworks, and ethical guidelines.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with a diverse client base.
