Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with best practices.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities while ensuring adherence to ethical social work practices.

• Act as a liaison between students, families, and community resources, facilitating access to support services such as mental health treatment, educational support, and vocational training.

• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with established medical record-keeping guidelines.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to student wellbeing and success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly serve a diverse population of students ranging in age from preschool through high school. Many of these students may face unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and learning disabilities. You will work diligently to create a safe and supportive environment where students feel empowered to discuss their mental health concerns and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unencumbered LCSW license to practice in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• No disciplinary actions or complaints associated with your license.
\n
• At least two years of hands-on experience providing mental health services, particularly in settings focused on education or child welfare.

• Ability to operate independently and demonstrate strong decision-making skills in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
