Senior Director of Operations

To support the growth of independent hospitals, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Operations will manage strategic initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and lead client engagement efforts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, translating business priorities into actionable plans Lead complex projects for clients, ensuring successful execution from sales through implementation and ongoing management Identify risks and improvement opportunities, providing analyses and recommendations to support decision-making Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field required Master's degree preferred Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, or project management Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or client implementations Experience working with hospital or health system leaders
