Senior Oncology Account Manager (Neuro-Oncology), Atlanta

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company dedicated to developing life‑changing medicines for people with serious diseases. The Senior Oncology Account Manager is responsible for direct promotion of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ products and for the development and management of business relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned geographical territory (Georgia and South Carolina). This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and is an integral part of the commercial team. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Strategic account management, including customer understanding and data analytics to support prescribing and purchasing decisions. Develop tailored strategies and tactics to address the unique needs and challenges of each customer, and continuously review and adjust plans based on feedback and market conditions. Leverage cross‑functional partners in marketing, medical affairs and market access to align account strategies and achieve business objectives. Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals Adult and Pediatric Oncology products to physicians and other health care providers in both community and academic centers. Communicate product differentiation and value proposition, stay abreast of industry trends and clinical developments, and adapt quickly to new tools and resources. Educate physicians and other health care professionals about Jazz products, providing current information on approved indications for diffuse midline glioma and neuro‑oncology. Manage commercial sales results, use CRM tools to track activities, represent the company at conferences, and ensure all activities are compliant with regulations. Perform special projects as assigned and comply with all applicable federal and state regulations. Required Experience Four‑year college/university degree. Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an effective presentation style for face‑to‑face and virtual interactions. Ability to meet territorial travel requirements. Preferred Experience Post‑graduate business school study or training. Strong clinical, technical and scientific knowledge of product(s); applicable disease states desired. Strategic thinker with experience driving a strategic account business plan. Strong key account management experience in complex academic and community accounts. Demonstrated history of strong business acumen, problem‑solving, effective prioritization, account management and sales data analytics. Experience working with brain tumor, diffuse midline glioma and neuro‑oncology. Knowledge of key account and market dynamics. Description Of Physical Demands Frequent travel between meeting sites and within the assigned territory. Use of computer, printer, telephone, and other office machinery; frequent laptop or tablet use. Public contact requiring appropriate business apparel. Work schedule may include working outside of normal hours to meet business demands. Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The full and complete base pay range for this role is $155,200.00 – $232,800.00. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience. The base pay is only one part of the total compensation package, which may also include discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, discretionary equity grants, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
