Growth Manager

Role Description

Product: an AI-driven health app to own the next big category in health & fitness. You'll own the growth funnel end-to-end — from the first quiz question to the download app screen. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you'll turn user insights and competitor research into high-converting flows, and scale what works to $1M+/month.

Your impact

• Funnel ownership
  • Own the full web2web funnel architecture — from quiz entry to onboarding screens, paywall, post-purchase upsells, and cancellation flows to retain users.
  • Launch new acquisition angles from 0 to 1 and scale them to $100k+/month.
  • Design and iterate quiz flows, result profiles, and paywall screens that convert — balancing symptom-led positioning with product credibility.
• Experimentation & analytics
  • Define and run A/B experiments across funnel stages; own hypotheses, test design, and readout.
  • Track and improve core KPIs: CPA, ROAS, ARPU, LTV, and conversion to purchase.
  • Use funnel analytics to identify drop-off points and prioritize fixes.
• Research & positioning
  • Conduct competitive research using spy tools; translate findings into testable hooks and angles.
  • Analyze user research and customer interviews to surface unmet needs and refine messaging.
  • Conduct deep research across Reddit, Quora, Facebook Groups, and niche health forums to uncover real user fears and pains — and translate them into funnel angles that convert.
• Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with designers, developers, creative producers, and analytics.
  • Brief engineers on funnel changes with clear specs; leverage AI tools to automate repetitive workflows; review implementations before launch.
  • Partner with Creative team on creative strategy — aligning funnel entry with top-of-funnel hooks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a growth manager or growth-focused product role, ideally in B2C subscription or health/wellness.
• Deep experience building and optimizing quiz funnels driven by paid social traffic.
• Confident with A/B testing — from hypothesis definition to statistical readout and iteration.
• Proven experience owning high-performing funnels with $100k+/month in profitable spend.
• Hands-on with funnel analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent).
• Experience working with Meta Ads — understanding how creative hooks, landing pages, and paywall copy interact.
• Proven track record launching a product flow from scratch and scaling it to meaningful revenue.
• B1+ English (you’ll work in English daily).
