Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) Pay Rate: $70/hr. Responsibilities Coordinate a high volume of interviews, debriefs, and reference checks across multiple calendars and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, responsive, and high‑touch experience throughout the interview process. Partner closely with recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently while proactively solving scheduling challenges. Support recruiting operations by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and the overall candidate experience. Assist with recruiting initiatives and projects that help scale hiring operations. Utilize AI tools as part of your daily workflow to improve efficiency and support recruiting operations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or talent acquisition operations. Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process. Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow.
