Commercial / Emerging Enterprise Account Executive - Consumer Business Services

The Salesforce Commercial team is hiring an Account Executive to work with growing organizations of 250-5,000 employees across the Consumer Business Services Industries. In this role, you won't just sell - you'll work alongside Agentforce and a talented extended team to help customers maximize their Salesforce investment and drive real business outcomes. As a trusted partner, you'll build pipeline, shape long‑term account strategy, and grow revenue through consultative selling and executive-level relationships. Commercial Business Unit Mid-Commercial (201-1,000 employees) General Commercial (1,001-5,000 employees) Enterprise Corporate Sales (5,000+ employees) Vertical Travel Transportation Hospitality Professional Services Architecture Construction Real Estate Responsibilities Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. Develop and drive the overall long‑term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams. Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross‑sell, and new logo acquisition. Required Qualifications 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in a field sales role. Proven experience managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and/or acquiring new logo accounts. Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team. Demonstrated ability to develop C‑suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling into Consumer Business Services industries including Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or related verticals. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience). There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $85,300 – $208,300 per year. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
