Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices to address diverse client needs.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health needs, including emotional and interpersonal issues, to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy—to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and case managers to provide a comprehensive continuum of care that addresses both individual and familial concerns, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to confidentiality protocols and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, tailored to your experience and productivity levels.
