Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that foster peer connections, enable clients to share experiences, and foster collective learning.

• Provide individual therapy, offering empathetic counseling that addresses clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering them with coping strategies and action plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and objectives.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, utilizing various tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate outcomes effectively.

• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including regular communication with other professionals, coordination of care, and participation in case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues, requiring a compassionate and focused approach. Your role will involve not only therapeutic interventions but also community engagement, helping clients reintegrate successfully into their everyday lives.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid LCPC licensure, demonstrating qualifications and readiness to provide professional counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
