This full-time position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing flexibility for your clients and your schedule. Our clinic is open from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, ensuring that you can find a balance between work and personal life. In addition, our support team is dedicated to assisting with client services, allowing you to focus on what you do best—delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' unique backgrounds and decide on tailored treatment strategies.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on trauma processing, coping strategies, and healing.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals to guarantee an integrated care approach for clients.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention support in moments of trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate care and safety for clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with legal and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with electronic health record (EHR) requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and pursue ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensing as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
