Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting that allows you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home or other suitable locations. We are available to our clients seven days a week, operating from 7 AM to 10 PM, ensuring a flexible work schedule that can accommodate your personal and professional commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and devise suitable treatment strategies.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote trauma recovery and foster resilience.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to aid clients in their healing journey.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available mental health resources.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting clients who have experienced trauma and are seeking therapeutic support to achieve emotional recovery and personal growth. You'll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and couples, making it essential to tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet varied needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we are open to candidates eager to grow and develop within our practice. Strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems are essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, with guaranteed pay and annual increases. Additional benefits include:
