Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to identify their needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide both individual and group therapy through telehealth platforms, using evidence-based techniques appropriate to clients' needs.

• Maintain organized and accurate case records, including treatment notes and progress reports, to monitor client outcomes effectively.

• Facilitate therapeutic activities aimed at promoting mental wellness and coping strategies during sessions.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals and community programs to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including youth and adults facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Your role will focus on providing support to individuals struggling with mental health disorders, including those dealing with trauma, substance misuse, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid LPC license in Texas, with at least 5 years of supervised experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with a yearly compensation of $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
