Role Description The Chief Financial Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Durant, OK, responsible for overseeing all financial functions of a self-employed business. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining financial plans and budgets, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and managing cash flow to support ongoing operations. The CFO oversees financial reporting, ensures compliance with relevant regulations and tax requirements, and provides data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, assessing financial risks and opportunities, coordinating with external advisors (such as accountants or legal counsel), and supporting long-term growth initiatives.\n

• Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, assessing risks, and supporting sound decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
