Homewatch CareGivers of Lower Bucks County is on the hunt for a Home Care Scheduler/Coordinator who's quick-thinking, calm under fire, and two steps ahead of the chaos. This is the nerve center of our agency-and we're looking for someone who can lead the charge. What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing high-volume scheduling across dozens of caregivers and clients
- Handling call-offs and last-minute changes with speed and clarity
- Matching caregivers based on client needs and preferences
- Communicating with families, caregivers, and leadership with professionalism and compassion
- Supporting back-end documentation and service coordination
- Assisting our after-hours on-call company with rotating evening/weekend availability
- Filling in for shifts during office hours to fill in with clients if we have exhausted all options
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or high-pressure staffing roles
- Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-moving situations
- Comfortable being on-call for after-hours/weekend emergencies as needed
