Property Accountant Location: Indianapolis, IN Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (depending on experience) We are recruiting on behalf of a growing real estate company in Indianapolis seeking a Property Accountant with Yardi software experience. This role manages property-level financials, reporting, and compliance while supporting property managers with accurate insights. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accruals Oversee AP/AR related to property operations Track income, expenses, and variances using Yardi Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of property or real estate accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and property accounting practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
