Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, ensuring accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, objectives, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of proven therapeutic modalities tailored to client requirements.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during acute mental health challenges or emergencies.
\n
• Defend client confidentiality and recordkeeping by maintaining detailed, accurate client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to design comprehensive treatment strategies, promoting holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health concerns, treatment methods, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults and families seeking support with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding clients through their difficulties, providing a safe and nurturing space for exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid mental health therapist license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years' related experience in a clinical or therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
