Human Resources Director

What You’ll Do: Strategic HR Leadership Serve as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and growth initiatives. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including DDD, DHS, ACA, FMLA, EEO-1, unemployment claims, credentialing, and employment documentation. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance programs that mitigate organizational risk. Talent & Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, corrective action processes, and offboarding. Create scalable HR programs and systems that support organizational growth. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations Provide oversight of benefits administration, workers' compensation, payroll coordination, and total rewards programs. HR Systems & Analytics Manage HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Leverage data to drive informed business decisions and workforce planning initiatives. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with benefits providers, payroll partners, regulatory agencies, and external HR vendors. Requirements What are we looking For? Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2+ years in a senior HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work on-site in New Jersey; local candidates only. Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
