This position is remote but deeply integrated into a school setting, offering the flexibility to balance professional obligations with personal commitments. Your working hours will typically fall between Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, although occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend schedules may be required to ensure comprehensive coverage of mental health services during the school year. As an LCSW in our organization, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team aiming to address the myriad mental health needs of our student population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate students' psychological states, personal histories, and risk factors.

• Collaborate with students to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their emotional and psychological needs, aiding in their integration into the school community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
