Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while working closely with schools to address the mental health needs of students and their families. Hours for this position can be flexible, accommodating either a 4x10 or 5x8 shift schedule within the time frame of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. A sign-on bonus is available to new hires.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy to address a range of emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
\n
• Engage in comprehensive interviews with clients to gather key social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Evaluate and implement treatment plans based on assessed needs and established protocols.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs and activities designed to meet clients' emotional and social objectives.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis counseling and community resource referrals.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships based on respect, acceptance, and trust, to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
\n
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment programs and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in electronic health records.
\n
• Cultivate a manageable caseload and ensure that case records reflect current treatment strategies and client progress.
\n
• Deliver individualized clinical counseling tailored to each client's unique needs, including areas of mental health such as depression, anxiety, and family dynamics.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational goals and client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families within school environments. This position requires a sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by students, including academic stressors, family dynamics, and social relationships. The role aims to provide timely and effective mental health support that empowers clients to manage their emotional health, leading to improved academic and personal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 4 years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working within school systems is highly desirable.

• Experience with mental health treatment modalities for issues such as depression, mood disorders, substance use, and family relationship challenges.

• Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention strategies specific to a client-focused, school-based environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
