Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand clients’ needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, respecting their unique backgrounds and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and continuous care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to clinic policies and necessary regulatory guidelines.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage mental health challenges.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary case discussions, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans based on outcome evaluations and patient feedback.

Qualifications\n
