Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to accurately evaluate client needs, developing bespoke treatment plans that align with their goals and circumstances.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to ensure holistic and multifaceted care for clients, coordinating services to address all aspects of their well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential electronic health records to document sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and related client information, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and maintain licensure.

• Provide crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments as necessary, ensuring the safety of clients in critical situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
