Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and identify their strengths and available resources.

• Develop, execute, and adjust personalized treatment plans with clear goals, in response to client progress and feedback.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that enrich the client experience and foster community connection and support.

• Participate in regular team meetings aimed at enhancing treatment efficacy and client outcomes.
