Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess patients' biopsychosocial needs to identify issues and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy that encompasses individual, family, couples, and group therapy as clinically indicated.

• Engage as a primary or co-therapist in group therapy settings, facilitating discussions and therapeutic interventions among participants.

• Document patient progress and treatment measures in accordance with program standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Adhere to ethical practices and agency policies while maintaining professional integrity in all patient interactions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care, including triage evaluations and crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
