What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal care to newborns in Level III and Level II NICUs
• Utilize advanced neonatal technology, including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists, nurses, and support staff
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs
• Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for neonatal patients
• Engage in family-centered care and education
• Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment

What You Need

• Active BC/BE Neonatologist certification
• Prior experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Residency within the local area preferred (relocation may be required)
