Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs, concerns, and develop targeted treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing emotional challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele spans different ages and backgrounds, and you will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet varied cultural and emotional needs effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in New York state.

• Provision of at least two years of experience in mental health clinical settings is preferred.

• Demonstrated competence in establishing rapid rapport and effectively communicating with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
