Remote Customer Service Representative

Pay: $15.00/hr + $5.09/hr Fringe Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday, open availability required

Location: 100% Remote (equipment provided)

Duration: Open-ended Contract

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support healthcare-related inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high call volumes while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to healthcare services, referrals, billing, claims, account inquiries, and general customer support.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and support case management activities.
• Resolve customer concerns on the first contact whenever possible and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide basic technical support and assist callers with system navigation.
• Accurately document customer interactions, case details, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Manage a high-volume call environment, averaging 50-70 calls per day.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Meet established customer service, quality, attendance, and productivity metrics.
• Maintain professionalism while demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound and/or outbound call center environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and documenting customer interactions accurately.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
